Cancellations & Missed

rescheduling whenever

Repeated missed

Refunds
All services are
non-refundable.

Retail Products
Unopened retail
products may be
exchanged within 14
days of purchase.
Due to the nature of
professional skincare
products, opened or
used products cannot
be returned.
Minors
Clients under 18
require parent or
guardian consent, and
a parent or guardian
must be present at the
initial appointment.

Photography
Before-and-after
photographs and/or
videos may be taken
for treatment
documentation,
progress tracking, and
educational purposes.
Client privacy and
comfort are always
respected. Separate
written consent is
required before any
photographs or videos
are used for
marketing, website,
social media, or
promotional purposes.
